In June 2009 we extended our premises and installed our own dedicated fabrication plant in order to allow us to fulfil our clients needs for the more specialist door products. The installation of this facility gave us more flexibility towards delivering special product requirements as well as subsidising the supply from our existing specialist supplier.
We are proud to be an approved fabricator for Comar Architectural Aluminium Systems with Comar 1, 3 and 7 door / door screen suites forming the main stay of our fabrication range.
SEVERN VALLEY WINDOWS SELECTS COMAR
Severn Valley Windows have selected Comar Architectural Aluminium Systems as their preferred supplier and will become a Comar approved fabricator for installing the Comar 7 product range of doors.

We manufacture purpose made commercial aluminium door and door screens from the complete Comar range in this facility using our dedicated team of production staff providing a wide range of hardware options, colours and finishes in both manual and automatic operation.
NEW PRODUCT FOR 2010 – The 7SECURE door
We have developed the standard Comar 7 centre pivot door into an aluminium door that will provide a much higher levels security over the standard door. This door is the 7SECURE door.
The 7SECURE door is fabricated from the Comar 7 commercial aluminium centre pivot door suite using specially developed fabrication techniques including the reinforcement of areas of the standard door system that are vulnerable to forced attack.
The Comar 7 door suite is a high quality centre pivot aluminium door suite and as such forms an excellent platform for this product.
A range of high quality locking systems, glazing and panel products are used in the doors construction not normally found in a standard aluminium door.
On cursory inspection the 7SECURE door for all intense and purposes looks like an understated commercial aluminium entrance door that you would see in any school, office block or high street store so not as to attract attention to itself, this is especially important to clients that do not wish to demonstrate high levels of security to visitors to their premises, but on closer inspection the door shows its strengths, our 7SECURE door has significantly higher resistance against a planned forced attack.
This door can be fabricated to suit our client’s needs and the risk or risks in question in a variety of colours and finishes.
