WINDOW LOCKS FROM SEVERN VALLEY WINDOW & DOOR
Thankfully most people recognise the importance of having secure door locks, but we often find that high quality window locks are further down the priority list. As door locks and security systems get tougher, windows can be a target for break-ins, they don't have to be. A good quality window security lock carefully matched to the window by Severn Valley Window & Door can make all the difference.
Make sure your window locks are just as secure as your door locks.
DOOR LOCKS FROM SEVERN VALLEY WINDOW & DOOR
Severn Valley Window & Door also specialise in providing mechanical access locks and electronic access locks to meet the different security needs of all our commercial clients throughout Central England and Wales. We provide digital mechanical access locks and digital electronic access locks for internal and external doors. They can be fitted as part of a new door installation or added retrospectively to aluminium, steel and timber doors on-site. All of our door locks are installed to suit the type of door and its use - we make sure the lock is as high quality as the door itself and fit for the purpose intended.
MECHANICAL ACCESS DOOR LOCKS
Our experienced engineers can install a variety of digital mechanical door locks on site for your convenience. We offer the following trusted brands of digital mechanical push button locks, designed to suit commercial aluminium and timber doors for the level of security you need.
- Lockey: Low level security door locks

DIGITAL ELECTRICAL ACCESS LOCKS
Digital electrical access locks ( otherwise known as electronic access locks) work by replacing the mechanical push button with an electronic operating signal. Electronic key fobs trigger the mechanical lock on the door to gain access, and doors are automatically locked when closed.
Severn Valley Window & Door supply and install several well-known and proven digital electrical door lock brands, including:
- Adams Rite electronic door locks
- Assa electronic door locks
- Paxton electronic door locks
There are a huge number of electronic digital access control locks on the market today, most providing suitable signal for a mortice door lock. However, our 30 + years experience in business at Severn Valley Window & Door has firmly established our commitment to installing only solenoid operated latch strikes and shoot bolts in fail secure and fail safe formats, with or without emergency battery back-up to provide the same level of security. More commonly seen magnetic door locks do not provide the same level of shear locking weight and use large amounts of current which can quickly drain a battery when in back-up mode.
