safe guarding nspcc

Going above and beyond to meet our client's needs

Severn Valley Window & Door work with many schools, nurseries, special needs centres, hospitals and local authorities throughout central England and Wales. We have a highly qualified and experienced team and continually invest in our staff to ensure that they have all the skills they need to do the best job for our clients.

The safety and welfare of children and young people is of paramount importance to many of our clients - so it's of paramount importance to us too.

To demonstrate our commitment to providing leading customer care, Severn Valley Window & Door has become the first construction related organisation in the country to undertake a specialist training course delivered by the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children).

From senior management to on-site engineers, all our staff have received an introduction and certification in safeguarding children and young people, in addition to our enhanced DBS checks.

The NSPCC training course, normally only delivered to the education sector, has enabled the team at Severn Valley Window & Door to develop a greater awareness and understanding of safeguarding and child protection processes and relate these to their own roles and responsibilities within the company. We strive to assure all our clients that our engineers are fully trained and aware of individual site requirements.

So whatever your needs may be - perhaps you are looking for a window and door company to undertake installations, maintenance or repairs within school term time? - You can trust Severn Valley Window & Door.

Contact us if you have any questions about our staff training or window and door products and services and would like a no obligation chat to discuss your requirements.
